The Approach
Led end-to-end overhaul of 7 SKUs — new formulations with microbiome science, rebuilt supply chain, sharpened brand identity. Launched digital-first with D2C plus national retail (Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Target). Simultaneously built the long-term innovation pipeline and global expansion strategy for Canada, UK, and China.
